10-Inch Wireless System Models A21, A22, A23, A24, WN4 – Frequently Asked Questions
The 10-inch wireless backup camera system employs wireless transmission technology to relay real-time video signals from the camera to the display monitor. It is important to clarify that the term "wireless" refers exclusively to video signal transmission and does not imply a completely cable-free installation—the camera still requires a power connection sourced from the vehicle's tail light circuitry. Consequently, when the vehicle is shifted into reverse gear, the system activates automatically and displays the rearward scene in real time. Furthermore, the camera ceases operation upon engine shutdown, thereby preventing unnecessary battery drain. The system is also equipped with infrared night vision functionality, ensuring clear image rendition under low-illumination conditions.
Q: What are the monitor dimensions?
A: 10.03 inches (length) × 6.49 inches (width) × 1.12 inches (height).
Q: Is it mandatory to power the dashboard monitor via the cigarette lighter socket? My vehicle is not equipped with a 12V accessory outlet.
A: The product package includes both a 12V cigarette lighter plug and a DC power cord. In the absence of a 12V power port (cigarette lighter socket) in your vehicle, the system may be powered via hardwiring. The hardwiring procedure is as follows: the red wire is to be connected to the vehicle's ACC power source, and the black wire to the ground (earth) terminal.
Q: Are the monitor and camera powered by internal batteries?
A: No. Both the monitor and the camera require a wired connection to a power source and are not battery-operated.
Q: Can the monitor screen be powered via a USB interface?
A: No. The monitor may be powered either through hardwiring or via the supplied cigarette lighter power adapter. (If your vehicle is equipped solely with Type-C or USB output ports, you may procure a Type-C to DC power cord or a USB to DC power cord separately.)
Q: Is it possible to add additional cameras to the system?
A: Yes. The system supports up to four camera inputs.

Q: What is the pairing procedure for the camera?
A: The pairing process is as follows:
- Disconnect power from the unit, and maintain a distance of within 3 feet (approximately 1 meter) between the camera and the monitor during pairing;
- Ensure that the camera antennas are properly connected and securely tightened. Reconnect the monitor and power it on;
- Switch to single-camera full-screen display mode (the menu button remains inoperable in split-screen mode);
- Access the on-screen menu and select the "PAIRING" icon;
- The screen will initiate a countdown;
- Apply power to the camera during the countdown period (Note: Do not connect the camera to power until the pairing countdown has commenced);
- Wait for the pairing process to complete;
- If pairing is unsuccessful, repeat the above steps.
Q: What should be done if no image appears after pairing? How can pairing failure be diagnosed?
A: Please perform the following diagnostic checks:
- The camera and monitor were positioned too far apart during pairing. Ensure they are within 3 feet (approximately 1 meter);
- The camera was powered on prematurely. Do not connect the camera to power until the pairing countdown has begun;
- Loose connections. Confirm that all connections are secure and correctly established;
- Insufficient voltage (12V+ required). Test with an alternative 12V battery or acquire a 12V DC power adapter with filter rectifier for testing purposes;
- Pairing interference. Disconnect all cameras and pair only the intended camera following the prescribed steps;
- Inspect the small pin inside the camera's power plug for any signs of breakage;
- Inspect the small pin inside the antenna plug for any signs of breakage.
Q: How can I verify whether the camera is receiving power?
A: Cover the camera's light sensor (the photosensitive element located on the camera housing) with your hand. If the infrared LED illuminates, the camera is successfully powered on. If the infrared LED does not illuminate, the camera is not receiving power; please inspect the wiring connections or test with an alternate power source and power cord.

Q: Why is there no option to display all four cameras simultaneously?
A: One or more channels may have been disabled. To display all four camera feeds simultaneously, ensure all channels are enabled and select either quad-split or H-split display mode.
Q: How do I commence or cease recording?
A: Navigate to Menu > RECORD > ON/OFF.
Q: Why is the Menu button inoperable?
A: In split-screen mode or during active recording, the Menu button is locked and cannot be accessed. Switch to single-camera mode and stop recording to restore menu functionality.
Q: What should I do if the screen buttons are unresponsive?
A: Please contact us at uswoocarty@outlook.com with your order number and a video demonstrating the issue. A replacement unit will be dispatched to you. To save your time, you are not required to return the original item.
Q: Can the wireless backup camera be used at night?
A: Yes. Wireless backup cameras are designed for both daytime and nighttime operation. The system is equipped with infrared night vision technology, enabling clear image capture in low-light environments. This feature proves particularly advantageous when reversing in dimly lit areas or during nighttime parking maneuvers.
Q: What is the installation procedure for the wireless backup camera?
A: First, verify whether the system is already paired. If not, pair the camera with the monitor following the provided instructions. Next, identify a suitable power source for the camera and mount it onto the rear of the vehicle. Then, connect the camera to a 12V power supply. Finally, select an appropriate location inside the vehicle for monitor installation and connect it to a power source. Upon completion, a clear rearward view will be available.
Q: How should the backup camera be connected to power?
A: For RV applications, the optimal method for powering the wireless backup camera is to connect it to one of the running lights or reverse lights located at the rear of the RV. In most configurations, the RV's running lights must be activated, or the vehicle must be placed in reverse, for the backup camera to receive power. Note: Since the backup camera draws power from the running light circuit, it is necessary to turn on the lights or shift into reverse to activate the camera. Additionally, if the camper trailer does not have its upper tail lights or running lights wired into the reverse lighting system, manual activation of the lights will be required to operate the camera.
Q: How can I maintain continuous operation of the backup camera?
A: To utilize the camera as a security monitoring device, it must be connected directly to a 12V battery source to enable constant power supply, rather than operating only when connected to a tow vehicle with the lights activated.
